Paint on Film
Beginning in the winter of 2018 I started manipulating 16mm film by hand. Using various materials, mostly paint, I was able to create emotion on moving image.
In my ongoing series, A Certain Feeling, I attempt to create meaning by painting and distorting film in its most basic form, clear 16mm.
